The Bluetooth range is usually 15m (depends on your home’s construction).
One App (one smartphone) can control up to 10 Smart Bluetooth products at the same time.
For example, you can use the App to control 7 Bluetooth bulbs and 3 Smart Candles, 10 devices at the same time.
Currently, a Smart Bulb can be controlled by only one smartphone at the same time.
If the bulb has been connected to your app and you would like to control it from a different device, you need to delete the bulb first, then scan for it with a different smartphone or tablet.
You can set up to 12 scheduling rules for one Smart Bulb.
If you set your bulb in the anti-burglar mode, it will randomly turn on and off within the period defined by you while setting.
Put your Smart Lights to work and randomly turn on and off when you are on vacation, giving an impression that someone is home.
Choose the bulb you would like to schedule by ticking it in the left menu device list
Tap the 3-dot menu “···” on the top right corner of Color Palette page
Tap “Anti-burglar mode”
Turn it on and set the period of time when the rule should apply then Save.
There are few steps you can follow to find out why your app cannot find the Smart Bulb while scanning for new devices:
1.Check whether the bulb is switched on or not? If NO Switch on the bulb manually and scan again. If YES
2.Check whether your smartphone/tablet Bluetooth is turned on? If NO Turn on the Bluetooth and scan again. If YES
3.Check whether there is another device paired with your bulb? (Other Smartphone or tablet) If Yes Turn off the Bluetooth and quit Delite on that device. If NO
4.Check whether your smartphone/tablet is within the Bluetooth range? If NO Move closer to the bulb and scan again.
If YES Reboot your device OR turn the bulb off manually and then turn it on. After that make sure the above problems are solved and try scanning again.
You can set your Smart Bulb to blink 6 times when you receive a phone call or a text message.
Choose the bulb you would like to schedule in the left menu device list, Tap the 3-dot menu “···” in the top right corner. Choose Incoming Call/SMS Alert, turn it on.
PS: This function is Only available on Smartphones: (iPhone iOS 7+ and Android phones)
With App you are able to arrange and set few Smart Lighting devices and combine it in to a Scene, with the colors you love, then you can save it for later and go back to it anytime you want.
In the left hand menu (device list) choose (tick) which bulbs to be included in the scene
Tap “Scene” on the bottom right corner of Color Palette page
Add Scene, Tick the bulb/bulbs and Choose Theme (colors or effects) for each bulb,then Save and Name the scene.
You can edit the scene later by long-pressing the scene.

Hold the chosen plug in the app and go to settings.
Turn the setting “LED Indicator” off
The default symbol in the app is the plug.
To see which device is connected to each plug, you can set a symbol for each plug in the app.
Hold the chosen plug in the app and go to settings.
Click the button “Icon” and choose your symbol, e.g. a toaster, light or microwave.
You can protect each plug with different passwords.
Hold the chosen plug and go to settings.
Click the button “Change your password”.
The default password is 0000. You have to fill it in in the first row.
In the second row you can choose your password.
In the last row you have to fill it in again.
You can reset the password for each plug.
Hold the button directly on the plug for longer than 6 seconds.
After that the password is 0000 (default) and you can change it again.
