1. Come about of a contract
With your order you give a binding offer to us to set up a contract. With our confirmation, which you get by e-mail or with the delivery, we can accept the offer. We will send an order confirmation for your order to the e-mail-address you indicated. The purchase contract only comes about with the distribution of our confirmation by e-mail or with the delivered product.
 
The order with our onlineshop has four steps.
Firstly you have to choose the products you would like to have. Secondly you have to enter your data with your name, address, postcode and so forth. Then you have to choose how you would like to pay. In the last step you can check and change everything you selected and entered (eg. name, address, paywise, products). With the button "send order" your order is binding.

2. Saving  the contract text
The contract text of your order will be saved. Before the order is sent to us,  you can print it. We will also send you an order confirmation and assignment confirmation with all ordering data and our terms of service to the e-mail-address given by you.

3. Retention of title
The delivered product remains our property, until the entire billing amount has been paid.

4. Prices and delivery charges
All prices are final prices, including VAT.
The Shipping costs per order are 4,90€ within Germany.
The Delivery time with DHL is approximately 1-2 working days. Within Germany you can order by cash on delivery for a surcharge of 5,60€ per order.
If you pay directly upon delivery,  you can only pay cash. If you pay in a post office or at a packstation you can pay by debit or credit card. 
The delivery costs outside of Germany and within the EU are 12,90€, to Switzerland and Liechtenstein 19,90€. 
Countries, which are not listed, will be delivered after arrangement. There is no  minimum value requested.

 
5. Delivery terms
Unless otherwise indicated, we send the goods within 2 working days after receipt of payment. If you pay on accountl, we send the goods within 2 working days after delivery of  the order confirmation.

6. Terms of payment
You can pay by prepayment, SOFORT, PayPal, Giropay, Amazon Payments or within Germany by cash on delivery. We reserve the right to exclude other payment methods. 

If you selected the prepayment method, you get our bank details in the order confimation. The invoice amount has to be paid within 10 days. In case of payment on account the amount is to be settled within 7 days. The rights to set-off takes effect if your counterclaims have been legally established as final and absolute or if they are beyond dispute. You can only assert the right of retention if your counterclaim is based on the same contract relation.

7. Warranty
The warranty is based on the statutory provisions. So far as used goods are object of the contract and the purchaser isn't consumer, the warranty is excluded. If the purchaser is a consumer, the warranty for buying used goods is one year.

8. Privacy
With initiation, end, winding up and back winding up of a bill of sale, data is raised by us within the scope of the legal regulations, stored and processed.
 
If you visit our website the current ip-address used by your computer, date and time, browsertype and the operating system will be collected, but no personal data.
 
The personal data which you submit with your order is only processed for correspondence  and only for the purpose for which you supplied it. We only hsnd over your details to the shipping company contracted to make the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the items to be delivered. For the processing of payments we must pass on the relevant data to the authorized banking institution.
 
We guarantee that we do not refer your personal data to third persons, except if we are legally obligated or you have given your consent beforehand. 
As far as we cooperate with service providers in terms of procedures and handling of data processing, the contracts comply with the rules of the national data privacy legislation.

Time of storage
Personal data which we get over our website will be stored as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was provided.
If retention periods relating to commercial or tax law must be observed, the storage time for particular data may amount up to 10 years.

Your rights
Should you no longer agree with the storage of your data or if the data is no longer correct, we will initiate the deletion or blocking of your personal data on your notice or make the necessary corrections. If you wish, you can receive disclosure on the data we have saved concernintg you, free of charge. Links to other websites
As far as we refer or link to third party websites we can assume any warranty or liability for the accuracy or completeness of the contents or the data security of these sites. As we have no influence on the compliance of third parties  with privacy provisions, you should seperately review the privacy policies provided in each case.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
German law is exclusively applicable. For consumers this choice of law is only valid, if there are no mandatory legal provisions of the State, in which he has his domicile or habitual residence limiting this. Insofar as the customer is not a consumer Kaiserslautern will be usedas the place of jurisdiction.

Online dispute resolution procedure for consumers (OS): http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute settlement proceedings in front of a consumer complaints office.
